Speaker Bios:

Jeanne Branthover is known for her hands-on approach to succession planning, organizational change, and precision hiring. She has extensive experience recruiting boards, C-suite, and senior leaders across industries, with a focus on building diverse leadership teams. At DHR Global, she serves in multiple leadership roles, including heading the Global Financial Services/Fintech Practice.

Previously, Jeanne led the Global Financial Services Practice at a leading executive search firm and founded her own New York-based firm, which she ran for over 20 years. She has been named one of BusinessWeek’s Top 50 Most Influential Headhunters and remains active in leadership and community roles nationwide.

Since joining DHR in 2015, Philip DeBoer has focused on recruiting CEOs and C-suite leaders for nonprofit organizations across sectors including arts and culture, healthcare, social services, economic development, and higher education. He is widely regarded as a trusted advisor in nonprofit leadership and management. Prior to executive search, he worked in admissions recruitment for higher education institutions.

Philip currently serves on the Miami City Ballet Board of Trustees and has previously held roles on the auxiliary boards of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Auditorium Theatre, and Steppenwolf Theatre.

Based in Miami, Philip is active in the cultural and philanthropic community and regularly contributes to thought leadership through research, writing, and public speaking. He earned a Master of Management in International Arts Management in 2022 through programs at Southern Methodist University, HEC Montréal, and SDA Bocconi, and holds a B.A. in Communication Arts & Sciences from Calvin University.
