Jason Milliken is the founder and principal of HML Solutions Inc., a private mortgage lending firm known for its speed, transparency, and disciplined asset-based underwriting. Jason was mentored by private lending veteran Philip Puleo, who spent over 40 years in the industry. Working beside him for eight years, Jason learned the full spectrum of underwriting, loan structuring, risk management, and borrower relations.
