Stacey Callahan is the Founder of Good2Great Toolbox, a relationship-driven platform connecting leaders, brands, and opportunities across the luxury residential design and build industry.
With more than 25 years of experience in luxury media, publishing, business development, and strategic partnerships, Stacey spent 18 years at Hearst, where her career included Fashion Director roles at ELLE, Marie Claire, and Esquire. Upon relocating to Palm Beach County, she joined Luxe Interiors + Design, where she served as Publisher for more than seven years, leading the Palm Beach, Miami, and Naples/Sarasota markets and developing deep relationships with many of the region’s leading designers, architects, builders, and luxury brands.
In late 2024, Stacey founded Good2Great Toolbox, bringing decades of relationships and business-building experience into a platform centered on trust, connection, and opportunity. At its core is Good2Great Connections, a highly curated, principals-only annual membership community for leaders in the luxury residential design and build industry in Palm Beach County. In its first year, members organically referred more than $72.5 million in business among one another, a reflection of the trust and relationships at the heart of the community.
Good2Great Collaborations extends that philosophy through strategic partnerships that bring together aligned brands, talent, and industry leaders.
